It's very important to take good care of yourself. While we all have incredibly busy lives between work, family, and friends, you need to find time for yourself as well. These are those special moments where you are the center of the world and nothing else matters. This is a great way to increase self love not to mention that it will certainly help prevent anxiety and even depression.

#1: Have Your Own Skincare Routine: You know that it is important to take care of your skin. However, sometimes you may feel just too tired to clean your face at night. And when you need to gt up early in the morning, the last thing you want is to do a skincare routine. After all, you hardly have enough time to prepare kids to go to school and arrive at work on time. However, you need to dedicate some time to your skin and to yourself. By feeling good about yourself, you'll grow your self love. 

Our advice is to just take 10 minutes each night for your skincare routine. While you may be tired, you can be sure that it will make a huge difference on your skin.  



#2: Meditation: 

When you are looking for a way to get rid of all the accumulated stress from a working day or to simply start the day with the right foot, meditation may be the key. 

Meditation can bring many health benefits including fighting anxiety and depression. 

As you practice it more and more, you will see how you will be calmer and more relaxed. 


#3: Exercise:

Yes, we know that you don't have the time to take a gym class. But what about enjoying the good weather and go for a run outdoors? Or even riding a bike? Everything that keeps you moving is positive. It will not only improve your mood as it will also help you get rid of all the stress and anxiety. And if you have problems sleeping, exercise can be a good help. 


#4: Sleep Well:

Most people don't sleep enough. No matter if you have problems falling asleep or remaining asleep or if you just don't sleep enough for lack of time, it's time to change this. 

Lack of sleep can lead to many health problems, both physical but mostly mental such as depression and anxiety. Not to mention that after a bad night, you won't be able to focus or concentrate that well. 

One of the things you should consider doing is establishing your sleep schedule. You should go to bed and wake up in the morning always at the same time, on both workdays and weekends. 



#5: Therapy:

Talking to someone can truly help. Someone that won't judge you, won't laugh at you or at your thoughts. Someone who is there to listen to you and to point you in the right direction. Taking care of you mental wellbeing is one of the best forms of self love and self care
